Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Remote Procurement Analyst to join our strategic sourcing team and deliver insights on spending patterns and supplier performance. You will analyze complex data, build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, and support sourcing strategies while collaborating with procurement managers to drive cost efficiencies in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, SCM, or a related analytical field.
- 2–4 years of procurement/financial analysis experience.
- Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data modeling).
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track procurement KPIs.
- Support negotiations with data-driven insights and cost analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify suppliers and assess risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity within procurement systems.
