Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in process development, R&D, or pilot plant operations.
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering, unit operations, and process intensification.
• Experience with experimental design (DoE) and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and pilot plant operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new chemical processes from bench-scale to pilot plant.
• Design experiments to optimize reaction conditions, separations, purification.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and generate technical reports.
• Collaborate with R&D chemists and engineers for scale-up and tech transfer.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure development activities comply with safety, health, environmental regulations.
