Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in process development or scale-up in chemical/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of kinetics and thermodynamics.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize synthesis routes and manufacturing processes.
• Run experiments at lab and pilot scales to set operating parameters.
• Perform process hazard analyses and enforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate with R&D chemists, analytical chemists, and engineers.
• Troubleshoot scale-up and initial production issues.
• Document all findings and experimental work thoroughly.
