Placements24 is seeking a Principal Management Advisor to join their Kimberley-based practice in the Northern Cape. The role leads complex transformation projects, advising C-suite executives and shaping strategic direction for diverse client portfolios.

The ideal candidate holds an MBA or PhD and has 12+ years in management consulting or senior leadership, with a proven track record in operational excellence, digital transformation, and market-entry strategies. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or PhD) in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of senior management consulting or leadership experience.
• Proven record of leading large-scale transformations.
• Strong executive-level communication and influence.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end strategic consulting engagements from diagnosis to value realization.
• Advise C-suite executives on critical business issues.
• Develop and oversee strategic plans, operations improvements, and change programs.
