Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of relevant research experience in AI and deep learning, with a strong focus on architectural innovation.
• Extensive publication record in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
• Proven leadership experience in guiding research teams.
• Experience with Python and major deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
• Deep understanding of various neural network architectures and their applications.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed training.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives in advanced deep learning architectures, including transformers, graph neural networks, and novel convolutional architectures.
• Define research roadmaps and identify cutting-edge opportunities in AI.
• Design, develop, and prototype state-of-the-art deep learning models.
• Mentor and guide a team of AI scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of scientific excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready AI systems.
• Publish research findings in leading AI conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
• Contribute to intellectual property, including patents and publications.
