You will shape the next generation of AI through novel algorithms, models and scalable experiments, collaborating with a world-class team of researchers and engineers.

The ideal candidate has a PhD and 10+ years of post-PhD research experience with a strong publication record, and deep expertise across DL, RL, NLP, and CV.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, ML or related field.
• 10+ years of post-Ph.D. research experience with a strong publication record.
• Deep theoretical and practical knowledge in DL, RL, generative models, NLP or CV.
• Proven ability to lead complex research projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Python and major DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a remote setting.
• Experience mentoring junior researchers.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundamental and applied AI research.
• Develop novel AI algorithms, models and techniques.
• Publish research findings in top AI conferences/journals (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR).
• Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate research into applications.
• Identify emerging AI research trends and opportunities.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze results, draw conclusions.
• Present proposals and findings to internal/external audiences.
• Contribute to IP through patents/publications.
• Foster innovation and scientific rigor within the team.
