Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals.
• Deep theoretical understanding and practical experience in reinforcement learning algorithms (e.g., Q-learning, Policy Gradients, Actor-Critic).
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cutting-edge research in reinforcement learning, developing new algorithms and theoretical frameworks.
• Design and implement experiments to test and validate RL algorithms using simulations and real-world data.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate research prototypes into larger AI systems and products.
• Analyze and interpret experimental results, and communicate findings through publications, presentations, and internal reports.
