Digital Silk seeks an expert-level Paid PPC Performance Marketing Specialist to drive results for a large client portfolio. You will lead hands-on campaign setup, advanced account architecture, and team coaching while crafting compelling marketing copy and leveraging AI for efficiency.

You will oversee measurement accuracy across GA4, GTM, and conversions, with experience in multiple programmatic channels. Remote, with EST-aligned hours, and equity opportunities accompany competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on PPC/paid search expertise (Google Ads essential).
• Ability to lead and mentor paid media teams with SOPs.
• Strong measurement setup: GA4, GTM, conversions QA.
• Experience across multiple programmatic channels.

Responsibilities

• Set up paid marketing campaigns & strategies to deliver client results.
• Lead advanced account builds; optimize naming, architecture, and targeting.
• Oversee and train team members on campaign optimization.
• Create effective marketing copy to drive engagement.
• Utilize AI to streamline deliverables, reporting, and insights.
• Translate business goals into measurable media plans and budgets.
