Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a PPC Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for a portfolio of urgent care clients. You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative on client calls. The role is remote (Canada, South Africa or USA) with an agency focus across multiple clients.

You bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, and clear English for live US calls. Experience with multi-location urgent care is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
