Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager for urgent care clients. You will own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bidding, testing, and campaign optimizations.

You’ll define 90-day roadmaps and explain the numbers on client calls. Ideal candidates have 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, agency multi-client experience, and clear spoken English with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Proven track record of ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; explain numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
