Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for urgent care clients. You will own paid media strategy, budgeting, testing, and reporting, guiding client conversations with data-backed narratives.

You will operate across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, collaborating with teams to grow ROAS and pipeline while navigating multi-location accounts and fast-moving campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
