Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Virtual Educational Play Facilitator to join our fully remote team. You will design and lead engaging, play-based learning experiences for children aged 3-6, fostering cognitive, social, and emotional development, all through online sessions.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field, at least 3 years of hands-on ECE experience, and proficiency with Zoom or Google Meet.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's in ECE, Play Therapy, or related field.
• ≥3 years in ECE or childcare with play-based learning.
• Experience facilitating activities virtually.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication with young children.
• Proficient with Zoom/Google Meet and digital platforms.
• Creative thinking to adapt activities on the fly.
• Patient, enthusiastic, nurturing demeanor.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and play.
• Reliable internet and home office setup.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement play-based learning activities for online delivery to ages 3–6.
• Facilitate live virtual sessions with storytelling, music, movement, and games.
• Provide feedback and personalized support to children during sessions.
• Collaborate with content team to create engaging digital resources.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers and offer at-home activity ideas.
• Monitor engagement and adapt activities for diverse learning needs.
• Stay updated on best practices in virtual play-based learning.
• Contribute to improving the virtual learning platform and UX.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive virtual environment for all participants.
