Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Early Years Learning Facilitator to design and deliver engaging online experiences for children ages 3-6. This fully remote role focuses on creating interactive content, live sessions, and play-based activities, while supporting parents to facilitate learning from home.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and proven online teaching experience, with strong digital literacy and creative lesson design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 4+ years with young children in an educational setting.
• Experience designing or delivering online educational content for early years.
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with online learning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and curate digital content for early years learners (ages 3-6).
• Facilitate live online sessions, including virtual story times and interactive lessons.
• Design play-based activities adaptable for home environments.
• Provide guidance and support to parents/guardians on facilitating learning at home.
• Monitor engagement and progress through online platforms.
• Collaborate with educators and designers to create a cohesive learning experience.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in online early childhood education.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of digital learning tools and resources.
• Ensure content is age-appropriate, safe, and culturally sensitive.
