Job summary

Placements24 seeks an Online Early Childhood Learning Facilitator to deliver engaging virtual lessons for young learners. This fully remote role emphasizes creating compelling digital experiences and supporting holistic development from anywhere.

You will design content, use Zoom/Google Meet, and collaborate with curriculum developers to adapt pedagogy for a remote environment while maintaining child safety and privacy.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching or facilitating for young children, preferably online or blended.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and curriculum design.
• Excellent proficiency with video conferencing software (Zoom, Google Meet) and educational technology tools.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills tailored for virtual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate online lessons and activities for early learners.
• Utilise various digital tools and platforms to create interactive and stimulating virtual classroom experiences.
• Foster a positive and inclusive online learning community among children.
• Observe and assess children's engagement and progress in the virtual setting.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's participation and development.
