Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience teaching or facilitating in an early childhood setting.
• Proven experience delivering online instruction or developing digital learning content for young children.
• Familiarity with online platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Moodle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging online lesson plans and activities for early childhood learners.
• Facilitate live virtual classroom sessions, ensuring active participation and learning.
• Create and curate digital learning resources, including videos, games, and interactive exercises.
• Provide individualized feedback and support to children based on their progress and learning needs.
• Monitor children's engagement and learning outcomes through online platforms.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve online learning modules.
