Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
• Proficiency in Python or R and libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, NumPy.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Solid knowledge of statistical modeling, ML techniques, and experimental design.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze large, complex pharmaceutical datasets.


• Extract, clean, and transform data from diverse sources, including clinical trials, electronic health records, and manufacturing systems.


• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support drug discovery, clinical development, manufacturing optimization, and market access strategies.


• Visualize data and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, data engineers, clinicians, and business analysts, in a remote setting.


• Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

Requirements
