Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Solid understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with EDC and trial management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% to investigative sites.
• Ability to work remotely and use collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, interim, and close-out visits.
• Ensure adherence to study protocol, SOPs, and GCP guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy and timeliness of data in the EDC system.
• Manage investigational product accountability and storage procedures.
• Build relationships with investigators, site staff, and sponsors.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues and escalate when needed.
• Prepare monitoring visit reports and track action items.
