Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead critical drug development projects from discovery through regulatory submission. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources in a remote-first environment, driving milestones across geographies.

The role requires a master's degree in a scientific discipline or MBA, plus 5+ years of pharma PM experience and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a scientific discipline or MBA.
• PMP certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management.
• Proven ability to manage remote cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met.
• Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure project activities comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH-GCP) and company standards.
• Manage external vendor relationships and contracts as required for project execution.
