Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Partner Engagement & Communications Specialist (HubSpot) to manage donor and school partner communications, write engaging emails, design assets in Canva, and oversee onboarding journeys for new supporters.

You will maintain accurate partner records in HubSpot, leverage AI tools to draft content, and track deadlines in ClickUp, while consistently meeting weekly deliverables and coordinating with the broader partnerships team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner Communications: Execute the partner touchpoint calendar, including emails and event communications.
• Email Content and Design: Write and design partner emails using FloDesk and HubSpot.
• Graphic Design: Create graphics and partner-facing materials using Canva.
• Donor Welcome Journey: Manage the welcome journey for new monthly donors.
• Partner Support: Assist with monthly Partner Statements and donor briefings.
• CRM Management: Maintain partner records in HubSpot with touchpoint history.
• AI-Assisted Content Creation: Use generative AI tools to draft and edit content reflecting brand voice.
• Task and Deadline Management: Manage tasks in ClickUp and submit weekly reports.
