Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, focusing on ROAS and long-term client partnerships. This remote role supports US/Canada clients with a global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements you can present.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Excellent spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present the data story.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
