Pearl is seeking a Packaging Designer to lead end-to-end packaging and visual design across electronics, wellness and lifestyle products. You’ll shape on-shelf presence, direct product launches, and create retail assets while partnering with external vendors and internal teams.

The role emphasizes brand system development, production accuracy, and mentorship of junior designers. Fully remote work option is available with global collaboration.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in packaging design, brand design, or creative direction.
• Portfolio demonstrating packaging design and visual systems across consumer categories.
• Working knowledge of dielines, substrates, and print production processes.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for packaging collateral.
• Experience extending brand identity across packaging, retail, and marketing touchpoints.
• Experience art directing product launches and packaging refreshes.
• English at C1+ CEFR level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead packaging design from concept through production.
• Design packaging for electronics, wellness, lifestyle, and other consumer products.
• Oversee production to ensure retail readiness and technical accuracy.
• Align structural, material, and print specs with vendors.
• Translate brand strategy into packaging and visual systems.
• Maintain consistent visual systems across packaging, retail, and marketing.
• Art direct product launches and retail/assets campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and external partners.
• Mentor junior designers and provide production-focused feedback.
