Job summary

Staff Solutions is seeking a results-oriented Graphic Designer/Creative Producer to lead packaging design and production. You will take concepts to print-ready files, manage dielines, and ensure brand consistency across channels.

The role requires 3–5 years of packaging experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality artwork on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a Graphic Design or Creative Production role.
• Proven experience working with packaging design and production.
• Portfolio must demonstrate completed/live packaging work, not concepts only.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong knowledge of print production, including CMYK, Pantone, bleed and press-ready artwork.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour and visual consistency.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage packaging and print artwork, including dielines and finishes.
• Take packaging designs from concept through to print-ready files.
• Manage supplier artwork approvals and sign-offs.
• Develop creative content for social media, digital platforms and paid advertising.
• Create artwork for e-commerce, email and retail channels.
• Retouch product photography and manage the product image library.
• Maintain and update brand systems and guidelines in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to deliver creative projects efficiently and to a high standard.
