You will mentor designers, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and stay ahead of digital design trends while delivering compelling visual experiences from your home office.

Qualifications

• Proven 3–5 years in a leadership or senior graphic design role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding and typography work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative concepts for digital marketing materials.
• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing feedback and growth opportunities.
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion with timelines and workload management.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate objectives into visuals.
• Stay updated on design trends and technologies in digital and entertainment spaces.
• Present concepts and final assets to stakeholders with clear rationale.
