Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified discovery calls to drive pipeline.

You’ll use tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to craft personalized outreach and build clean, actionable contact lists while collaborating closely with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
