Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is hiring a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive early pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts and booking meetings with qualified decision makers.

You’ll use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain records, and improve hit rates. This is a remote role within South Africa, with full-time commitment and room to grow.

Competenze

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar with B2B SaaS or agency exposure.
• Strong written communication and ability to tailor outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools: LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable in a fast-paced environment.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
