Blacksmith Agency is recruiting Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with decision makers, creating the first impression for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while preserving quality of every touchpoint.

Formación

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Able to personalise outreach at scale.
• Experience with outbound tools and sequences.
• Proficient with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalised outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimise targeting with the sales team.
