Qualifications

• Master's degree in Operations Management or related field.

• Proven expertise in process improvement, lean, Six Sigma, and supply chain optimization.
• Ability to lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment of client operations, supply chains, and performance metrics.
• Design and implement strategies for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality control.
• Develop and manage operational transformation programs and ensure adoption.
