Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting with a focus on operations, supply chain or process improvement.
• Proven ability to lead complex operational transformation projects from assessment to implementation.
• Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and supply chain management.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements focused on operational strategy, process improvement, supply chain optimization and performance enhancement.
• Conduct detailed operational assessments, identifying bottlenecks and areas for efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement robust operational frameworks and best practices for clients.
• Manage project teams to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Advise clients on technology adoption and best practices for operational excellence.
