Placements24 is seeking an Associate Management Consultant for a hybrid role based in Rustenburg. You will support senior consultants with strategic advice and operational improvements, contributing to client success through analysis and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or consulting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to adapt to hybrid work and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection and analysis to identify client challenges and opportunities.
• Support the development of client presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to gather information and present findings.
• Conduct industry research and benchmark analysis to inform project insights.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
• Help facilitate client workshops and brainstorming sessions.
