Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior operations leadership, including remote/distributed teams.
• Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning and execution capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, especially in a virtual setting.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field desired.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive operational strategy for a fully remote workforce.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of operational leaders across multiple time zones.
• Implement and refine best practices for remote collaboration, performance management, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the development and implementation of scalable operational processes and systems to support business growth.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure effective resource allocation across remote teams.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and operational quality.
