• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in operations management with a focus on remote or distributed teams.
• Proven experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Asana).

Responsabilités
