Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex process improvement initiatives, applying lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.

• Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations engineering or process improvement, with a strong track record of leading successful initiatives.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and project management.
• Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), statistical software, and simulation platforms.
