Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in operations management, preferably with remote or distributed teams.
• Proven ability to manage operational processes and improve efficiency.
• Strong understanding of remote work best practices and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage remote colleagues.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with project management principles.

Responsibilities
