Placements24 is seeking an innovative Online Curriculum Developer to create engaging and effective learning materials for a wide range of subjects. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and multimedia specialists to design and refine courses, applying instructional design principles and UX best practices for diverse online

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing online curricula.
• Strong understanding of LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online courses and modules across subjects.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective learning materials.
• Write clear objectives, assessments, and interactive activities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to ensure quality.
• Evaluate and revise curriculum content for currency and effectiveness.
