ReWorks Solutions is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide new hires through systems, processes and culture. This full-time role is remote, working US hours (9am-5pm EST).

You will design training, deliver sessions, and ensure flawless onboarding for clients and staff. Responsibilities include creating materials, conducting hands-on training on tools like Rethink and scheduling platforms, and partnering with leadership to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or employee enablement (healthcare or ABA preferred).
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using and training others on multiple systems and software.
• Ability to simplify complex processes into clear training.
• Proactive, patient, and supportive approach to training.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding training sessions for new hires/clients.
• Develop, maintain, and improve onboarding materials (SOPs, guides, videos, presentations).
• Ensure new employees are fully trained on internal systems (e.g., Rethink, scheduling platforms, communication tools).
• Conduct system walk-throughs and hands-on training to ensure competency.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure training aligns with clinical standards and expectations.
• Track and monitor training completion and employee readiness before they begin working with clients.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed post-onboarding.
• Identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve training programs and processes.
• Assist with onboarding coordination (documentation, scheduling, system setup) as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding and initial training period.
