Placements24 is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA operations in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining the QMS, ensuring GMP compliance, and driving continuous improvement across all manufacturing and distribution activities.

You will manage a QA team, oversee batch record review, deviations, CAPAs, and audits, and liaise with regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or related field; advanced QA/QC qualifications preferred.
• 7+ years in Pharmaceutical QA/QC with 3+ years in management.
• Strong GMP/ICH/regulatory knowledge in South Africa.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS per GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee QA activities: batch release, change control, deviations, CAPA.
• Lead internal audits and support external audits by regulators and customers.
• Mentor QA team and manage workload.
