Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a .NET Developer to contribute to development, maintenance, and support of reliable software in a remote-first environment.

You will work with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core to build web applications, APIs, and backend services that support essential business operations. You will diagnose production incidents, collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams, and help improve deployments through CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and .NET Core, including ASP.NET Core.
• RESTful Web APIs, backend services, and web application architecture.
• Excellent diagnostic skills to investigate complex issues and deliver fixes.
• Experience supporting live applications, incident resolution, and reliability.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, build automation, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Develop and support web APIs, backend services, and web applications.
• Investigate application errors, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes.
• Provide production support and monitor application health.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Manage code and deployments using Git and Azure DevOps or similar.
• Participate in post-incident analyses and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
