Job summary

iOCO is seeking a Lead Developer to drive the development of cutting-edge applications using .NET and Angular. You will lead the development process, set coding standards, and mentor engineers in a dynamic consultancy environment.

Position is remote, with collaboration across discipline leads and BAs. You will oversee scope, timelines, risk, and production migrations while guiding the team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong experience with Angular 6+.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem.
• Proficient in CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL Server or relational databases.
• Solid Azure cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development process and set coding standards across teams.
• Collaborate with BAs to translate BDDs and Swagger into engineering tasks.
• Manage scope, timelines and goals for delivering working software.
• Oversee documentation and production cutovers and migrations.
• Lead analysis and resolution of technical and application issues.
• Support the Scrum Master with agile ceremonies and reporting.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
• Identify growth opportunities and facilitate team development.
