Job summary

Exclusively Remote is seeking a .NET Developer (Backend Focus) to design, build and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+. You will develop REST APIs, optimize SQL Server databases, and contribute to API-first architecture in a globally distributed team.

The role is fully remote with US working hours (3pm-12am SA time). You will collaborate with international teams, participate in code reviews, and help drive performance improvements while expanding your backend

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6+ preferred).
• Strong backend web development experience.
• Solid SQL Server and database design knowledge.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and software development best practices.
• Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend web applications using C# and .NET
• Design, build, and maintain REST APIs
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and database structures
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance
• Assist with front-end development when required
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to software design decisions
