Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in mineral processing operations or process development.
• Experience with process simulation software (METSIM, JKSimMet) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze metallurgical accounting data to monitor and evaluate processing plant performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize reagent schemes, circuit configurations, and operating parameters.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve recovery and product quality.
• Conduct simulations and modeling of processing circuits to test new designs and operating scenarios.
• Prepare technical reports, process flow diagrams, and recommendations for plant upgrades and expansions.
