Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in metallurgy, chemical engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in mineral processing and metallurgy, with exposure to multiple commodities.
• Strong understanding of comminution, flotation, leaching, and related unit operations.
• Proficiency in metallurgical simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong communication and teamwork in hybrid/remote settings.
