The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of underground ventilation experience, strong modeling skills with Ventsim/Ventlog, and the ability to provide remote guidance to mine teams while maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with ventilation specialization.
• Minimum of 6 years of mine ventilation experience in underground operations.
• Proficiency with ventilation modeling software such as Ventsim or Ventlog.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and gas behavior underground.
• Knowledge of dust suppression and control technologies.
• Excellent analytical and remote communication skills.
