Placements24 is seeking a creative, experienced Remote Menu Developer & Consultant to design innovative menus for catering clients. You will work fully remotely, leveraging culinary expertise to craft diverse menus, consider dietary trends, and advise on culinary strategy from home.

Responsibilities include developing menu concepts, researching trends, and collaborating virtually with clients to tailor brand offerings while ensuring food safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Chef, Menu Planner, or Culinary Consultant.
• Deep understanding of culinary arts and flavor profiles across cuisines.
• Knowledge of dietary trends and ability to cater to nutritional needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for concept articulation.
• Proficiency with digital tools for communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, profitable and appealing menu concepts for diverse catering clients.
• Research current food trends and dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with clients virtually to understand brand and menu needs.
• Provide consultation on food costing, sourcing and kitchen efficiency.
• Create detailed menu descriptions, ingredient lists and serving ideas.
• Ensure menu development adheres to food safety and quality standards.
