Jobgether SRL is partnering with a South Africa-based organization to recruit a Medical Insurance Credentialing Specialist for a fully remote role. The incumbent will manage provider enrollment, credentialing, and medical billing operations, coordinating with insurers, providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely reimbursement.

• The ideal candidate will have hands-on credentialing and billing experience.
• Knowledge of CPT/ ICD-10/ HCPCS and payer policies is preferred.
• Experience with payer portals and EHR/billing software is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the full lifecycle of provider credentialing, enrollment, and claims management.
• Prepare and submit credentialing applications across commercial carriers, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.
• Review denials, manage appeals, and follow up on outstanding payments to support timely reimbursement.
• Maintain accurate credentialing logs, databases, and expiration trackers to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer requirements across all activities.
