Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Media Communications Specialist to join their fully remote Media & PR team. This role supports the execution of communication strategies, manages media interactions, and crafts content that enhances brand visibility.

You will handle media inquiries, track coverage, and assist in developing press materials, working closely with senior communication professionals in a flexible remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in media relations or related communications roles.
• Strong understanding of media relations principles and tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with media monitoring tools and common office software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing media outreach plans and campaigns.
