Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Remote Public Relations Officer to manage and enhance our client's public image from anywhere. This role focuses on developing and executing PR strategies, cultivating media relationships, and ensuring positive brand representation in a fully remote setup.

You will craft compelling communications, respond to inquiries, monitor media coverage, and advise on messaging for various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in public relations or media relations.
• Proven experience in crafting successful PR narratives and managing media interactions.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of media trends and digital communication channels.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and key media influencers.
• Draft and disseminate press releases, statements, and other PR materials.
