Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in media relations, PR, or corporate communications with proactive outreach.
• Strong writing and interviewing skills with journalistic understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement media relations strategies to increase brand visibility and positive coverage.
• Cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and influencers.
• Proactively identify media opportunities and pitch stories for placements.
• Serve as primary media spokesperson and manage interview requests.
• Craft and distribute press materials and advisories.
• Monitor coverage and provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging.
