Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative media relations strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers across platforms.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
• Proactively pitch compelling stories and secure positive media coverage in top-tier publications.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Develop and lead crisis communication plans to effectively manage sensitive situations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage media budgets and measure the ROI of media campaigns.
• Represent the organization as a media spokesperson when required.
