Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring with strong Mathematics background.
- Excellent ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools and virtual learning platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective online tutoring sessions in Mathematics for students of varying ages and abilities.
- Assess student understanding and tailor instruction to meet individual learning needs and goals.
- Provide clear explanations of mathematical concepts, problem-solving strategies, and homework assistance.
- Monitor student progress, offer encouragement, and communicate regularly with students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and feedback.
