Overview of the position

We are seeking an Operations and Marketing Associate to support various tasks in our remote environment to support our site and operations management as well as audience growth.

Duties

• Drafting and scheduling social media posts
• SEO implementation
• Pulling Google Analytics 4 reports and drafting recommendations
• Serving as the point of contact for a variety of campaign partners
• Tracking ads in Google Ad Manager and Meta Business Suite
• Organizing and running client meetings
• Formatting and scheduling our daily newsletter
• Collecting and analyzing campaign data for our advertising clients
• Drafting, sending, and following up on invoices
• Customer service and inventory management for our small webstore
• Project management including running sweepstakes giveaways
• Coordinating advertising campaigns across different teams and team members
• Generating and executing ideas to increase our email newsletter subscribers
